operations within the guarding department of the company by
evaluating customer needs, managing guard planning process and
ensuring smooth continuity of operations

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Zone Manager will be incharge of a designated area.

all business activities during and after normal operating hours
- Generate
incident reports of vehicle breakdowns, hijacking, accidents
and escalate to the relevant staff for resolutions

proactive training to ensure that all security guards
adequately serve the needs of the clients while complementing the
operational effectiveness in the field
- Ensuring that
safety hazards, suspicious activities or incidents that could cause breach
of security within the client’s premises are identified, recorded and
reported
