Scope of Supervision: Warehouse Supervisors, Maintenance Manager and Quality Control
- Regulate,
maintain and ensure quality of products are manufactured through Quality
Control Tests
- Ensure the Plant
is managed in the most cost effective manner
- Material
management and proper production planning
- General
maintenance of plant including breakdown and preventive
- Oversee the
Occupational Health and Safety and proper housekeeping is maintained
- Motivate the
entire factory based workforce and optimise productivity

- Financial
performance
- Production
efficiency
- Labour costs and
efficiency
- Training of
staff
- Housekeeping
- Level of scrap
- Stock push
Qualifications
- A Technical
Bachelor degree in Production/mechanical Engineering
- 10 years’
experience in managing a profitable and viable plant
- Experience in a
similar industry will be highly considered.
