Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Manage the arrangements for the supervision and deployment of
guards.
To maintain discipline, punctuality and smartness of all members
of the guarding and alarm services.
To keep informed via the control room of all general and
exceptional operational activities and incidents and attend where necessary or
appropriate.
To conduct surveys of guarding requirements requested by clients
and to make recommendations.
To maintain regular contact with clients or their
representatives to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
To report on the conduct, performance and efficiency of
employees periodically as required by the company.
Manage general Radio Room activities
To ensure high safety and security
Use interpersonal and communication skills to create healthy
client relations
To be able to create a high standard of customer service
To take necessary action based on the guidelines and in line
with the agreements made with the customer
In case of emergency to contact customers and perform the
required follow- up
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

- University
graduate
- Security
background preferably in the disciplined forces at a senior level
- Proven
experience in organizational and administrative duties
- Age: 30 – 45
years
- Be computer
literate
- Have good
communication skills
- Have good
leadership skills
- Ability to work
for long hours
