Investigation
Officer I - Ethics and Integrity
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Investigation
of cases/complaints of corruption and unethical behavior by members of the
staff.
- Conducting
integrity testing.
- Compiling
investigation case reports.
- Preparation
of monthly case progress reports.
- Any
other relevant duties assigned.
Requirements for appointment
- Academic
and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- Training
in investigations skills from a recognized institution.
- At
least 5 years experience of progressive investigative experience.
Competencies
- Analytical
skills.
- Investigative
mind and detective skills.
- Skills
in integrity testing operations.
- Good
report writing skills.
- Must
have high standards of integrity.
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer
literate.
Procurement / Inventory Officer I
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Receiving
and verifying goods delivered.
- Opening
and closing quotations.
- Carrying
out stock taking.
- Custodian
of stores.
- Carrying
out market survey.
- Any
other relevant duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
Academic
and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Procurement and Supplies or Business related degree from a
recognized University.
- Diploma
in Supplies Management (CIPS) or its equivalent.
- Membership
to a relevant professional body.
- Must
have at least 3 years experience in a similar position in a comparable
organization.
