- Setup, maintain
and develop all social media campaigns and activities across our portfolio
companies;

Client Service Manager
The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in
the Kenyan customer care sector/preferably in e-commerce or a similar length of
experience with a solid track record in customer service.
The Customer Service Manager will have ultimate responsibility
for our customer service division, within the Operations department.
She/he will be responsible for building the Customer Service
strategy for Kenya, and for coordinating its implementation.
She/he will help build a team and divisions with specialized
functions for the area and define and track KPIs for its employees.

Responsibilities:
- Define – and
coordinate the implementation of – the Customer Service strategy for our
portfolio companies in Kenya;
- Lead Customer
Service initial setup including confirmation process and enquiry process –
ensuring effective and quick communication with customers via phone and
email;
- Build and manage
a team of Customer Service agents, and lead the day-to-day operations of
the Customer Service division;
- Ensure
professional and effective customer assistance on aspects such as: website
browsing, checkout, delivery and post-sales support;
- Ensure the
appropriate handling of all other customer needs, including: special
requests, returns and complaints;
- Generate,
monitor and update Customer Service KPIs – and report results with
recommendations to the Country Manager;
- Collaborate with
other departments to integrate customer service with business systems or

Finance Manager

in the accountancy/finance sectors in the e-commerce sector or in the

This extensive experience will be complimented by a strong set
of analytic skills and business acumen.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in the company through
account system implementation, operational supervision, key performance
indicator analysis, budgeting and financial oversight and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate
and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance Team, ensuring
functions are performed efficiently and by set deadlines – including
budget implementation;
- Set up and
monitor company payroll;
- Be responsible
for invoice preparation, day-to-day handling of receipts and account
management;
- Produce detailed
and accurate period end accounts, budgets and commentaries with supporting
documents – monthly, quarterly and annually;
- Construct,
implement and update financial monitoring and reporting systems and
models, and make recommendations for procedural improvements;
- Analyze,
evaluate and make recommendations on key financial performance indicators
and management metrics including cash flow analysis and client
profitability – and build weekly cash flow forecast;

Sourcing Manager
Located in Nairobi, Kenya / Kenyan E-Commerce Ventures
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the
sourcing/purchasing/operations fields in the retail/e-commerce sectors.
This experience will be accompanied by a strong knowledge of the
Kenyan retail market, a clear fashion and lifestyle affinity, and a creative
approach to problem-solving.
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the setting up and
implementation of the sourcing structure, for both existing and future Kenyan
e-commerce ventures.
He/she will play a key role in defining the product strategy,
and in building a lean and cost-effective sourcing framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup
and implementation of a sourcing structure for a wide range of consumer
products – across both existing and future Kenyan portfolio
companies;
- Perform regular
industry and competitor analysis in order to identify trends and
subsequently recommend new possible produts and opportunities for
growth;
- Develop metrics
to analyse the performance of existing suppliers, by focusing on cost,
quality, service and risk;
- Renegotiate,
renew and discontinue supplier contracts;
- Research and
analyse potential new suppliers at both a national and international
scale, and lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements;
- Identify other
possible cost and time saving opportunities in the supply chain;
- Ensure suppliers
meet their assigned deadlines, and coordinate with the Logistics Manager
to ensure inventory is readily available to meet set sales goals across
the portfolio;
- Communicate and
work closely with other divisions – in particular Logistics and Customer
Service – to ensure a lean, efficient and consistent supply chain;
