Human Resource Manager
Our client, a well-established Bank in the East African region, with exceptional track record in offering customer based financial services, with its main office in Nairobi, Kenya, is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven South Sudanese National to fill the above position in their Juba branch.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Design and
develop a functional human resource department
- Develop and
implement HR policy
- Design and
develop strategies for implementation of policies
- Design,
implement and manage strategic HR projects and initiatives
- Develop and
align the business and people strategies to drive business growth and
performance
Qualifications, Experience and knowledge:
- Be a holder of
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Professional
banking qualifications will be added advantage
- At least 5
years’ managerial experience
- Work
collaboratively and sensitively with people at all levels in a variety of
contexts
- Strong
leadership, motivation and managerial skills
- Knowledge of the
region’s Employment and Labour Laws
