A well established Energy Company in Kenya is searching for
individuals with strong credentials to provide administrative support to
management through conducting and organizing administrative duties and
activities which include receiving and handling information.
Administrative Secretary
Some of the main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Prepare
and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Set
up work procedures.
- Liaison
with internal and external contacts.
- Collate
information, etc.
Professional Qualifications
- A
minimum of a diploma in business administration / management
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent
communication skills, both Written and Verbal.
- Interpersonal
skills
- Planning
and Organization
Experience: Have worked in a similar position for a
minimum of 3 years.
