firm based here in Nairobi is looking for an Administrative
Assistant to join its team
Administrative Assistant
Reporting To:Managing Director
General Responsibility
General Responsibility
The jobholder will be
responsible for office administration and reception services.
They will assist with
property management services including filing and record maintenance,
assist in the management of client relations and ensure the office is stocked
with essential supplies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting and
typing correspondence
- Maintaining
updated computer and manual records
- Maintaining
client files
- Liaising
with the property caretakers on issues arising
- Managing the
petty cash
- Ensuring
sufficient stock of stationary and refreshments
- Receiving
and directing visitors
- Answering
and directing phone calls
- Undertaking
any ad hoc duties associated with the administration function
- Carrying out
other related tasks as might be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and
Experience
- A Minimum of
a Diploma in Business Administration.
- A competent
user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- The suitable
candidate must be sharp, presentable and good with Facebook and twitter
stuff (website management).
- At least 2
years experience working as an administrator,
- Experience
from a real estate environment an added advantage.
