Title: Sales and Marketing Manager- Oil & Gas

The Sales and Marketing Executive will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the execution of the Sales and Marketing Strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Establish and
develop commercial and reseller business sector.
- Meet volume and
profitability targets in the given period
- Effective
account management while ensuring compliance to trading agreements and
customer satisfaction
- Effectively
coordinate fuels distributor relations.
- Effectively
support other departments in ensuring prompt and efficient service to the
customers while channeling sales opportunities for other products such as
lubricants and both bulk and bottled LPG.
- Conduct market
intelligence and price surveys
- Ensure compliance
to statutory requirements for all business dealings
- To adhere to the
ISO 9001:2000 Quality management system.
- Provide
leadership to the team working under the role.
Qualification:
- A university
graduate in a relevant course. A postgraduate qualification in sales and
marketing will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years
experience in a busy sales and marketing set-up, preferably in the oil
sector with a proven track record of achievement in sales.
- Have good
knowledge of the Kenya, market as well as the neighboring countries.
- Have good
leadership, interpersonal, team work, communication and negotiation skills
- A person of high
integrity, self motivated and a go getter.
- Have a good
command of English. Kenya nationals are encouraged to apply.
