Hotel Manager 

(One Position)

Job Description
  • To manage the daily activities of Mwalimu Guest House in Siaya Town
  • Marketing of Mwalimu Hotel and her products
  • Managing stakeholder’s interests
  • Product development, customer care and budgeting
  • Appraising Management and Board directors on the operations of the Hotel
  • The incumbent will be required to be innovative and versed on the activities of the Hospitality Industry
Job Requirements
  • Must be Kenyan citizen between 25 to 40 years of age
  • KCSE C plain & above or its equivalent and with good communication skills
  • Diploma in Hotel management from a recognized institution, preferably Kenya Utalii College
  • At least three years’ experience in Hotel management in a busy institution
  • Course in Business Management would be an added advantage
  • Must be team leader and able to work long hours
  • Strong ICT skills and able to use a management reporting system
Teller/Cashier 

(2 Positions)

Job requirements
  • KSCE C plain and above or its equivalent
  • Diploma in Banking or Cooperative Mgt/Business Administration/CPA I or its equivalent
  • Must have served in a busy cash office
  • Age 25 to 35 years and Computer literate
  • Must be honest, with high integrity and able to work independently
  • 2 years’ work experience in FOSA or similar position will be an added advantage
Customer Service Officer

(One position)

Job requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Banking/Public Relations/Marketing or its equivalent
  • KCSE C plain and above or its equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Both Computer and good communication skills
  • Problem solving, good listener, versatile and a conscious time manager
  • Age25to35years
