Major 1 year deliverable: Fully implement an end to end credit control policy manual that enhances the sales function and places Kingsway with an AAA rating in the market.
 
Relevant qualification with a minimum of 7 years experience in credit control, finance and/or accounting.
 
Strong on systems, internal controls, customer awareness and sound knowledge of risk management & debt recovery.
 
Must be diligent with proven analytical abilities.
Assistant Credit Controller

Major 1 year deliverable
: Integrate credit policy with sales force to meet company objectives.
 
Relevant qualification with a minimum of 4 years experience in credit control and with 2 years in a supervisory position.
 
Strong on systems, internal controls and exceptional problem solving abilities.
 
Must be analytical and have the ability to interpret and reconcile complex data.
Group HR Manager

Code: KT/008-2013

1 Position 

Nairobi

Major 1 year deliverable:
 Implement a comprehensive HR manual and policy document to ensure compliance to a corporate and professional culture of the highest standard.
 
Relevant qualification with 4-6 years experience in an HR function with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
 
Sound people management skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
 
Sound knowledge of labour laws and must have experience in managing unionized workers.
Project Manager / Contractor Supervisor

Code: KT/009-2013
 
1 Position 

Nairobi
 
Major 1 year deliverable: To oversee and coordinate the upgrade of 6 existing branches and the construction of at least 3 new branches.
 
Strong planning, operations and negotiation skills, preferably from civil engineering or a similar discipline.
 
Proven experience in managing construction projects is a must, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry.
 
Must have knowledge of market contract rates.
 
Ability to deliver quality work on time.
