One of our Nairobi based client is looking for an Administrative Clerk – Intern
Salary: 10K / Month
Summary
Summary
Duties include general clerical, receptionist , Data entry
and offer assistance in typing.
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone
interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer
telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet
clients and visitors.
- Create and
modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general
clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing,
mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard
copy and electronic filing system.
- Setup and
coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and
distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Support staff in
assigned work.
- Other duties as
assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Basic reading,
writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through
a college diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft
Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and
written communication skills.
The successful candidate should be very excellent in typing and
data entry work.
Qualifications
A minimum of certificate in Business administration or any other related course.
Fresh graduates with 6 months experience internship are encouraged to apply.
