professionals for a new USAID-funded agriculture program.
Director of
Administration
Responsible for the daily operations
of the Nairobi based and regional offices, including property management,
project logistics, personnel management, and asset monitoring.
Candidates must have demonstrated
administrative management skills at the executive level.
Should be a dynamic team player,
highly organized, have excellent communications skills, computer skills and
management experience. Human resources experience desired.
Finance
Manager
Charged with maintaining all
program accounts in compliance with USAID and Fintrac’s accountancy rules,
including but not limited to general ledger, cashbook and payroll.
Preparing accurate financial
vouchers and statements, processing invoices, expense reports and funding
requests.
Must have a degree in finance,
accounting or related field and a professional accounting qualification.
Experience with USAID or other
donor programs a plus.
Contracts and
Grants Manager
The
incumbent will manage a large grant facility, and oversee the development,
monitoring and evaluation of proposals
submitted.

Will serve as the principal point
of contact and providing capacity building and technical assistance to
prospective grant recipients.
Degree in business administration,
finance, economics, or closely related field.
Extensive experience in managing
grants or contracts for donor programs.
Knowledge of USAID financial and
management systems desired.
