restaurants by filling the position of Restaurant Chain General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting
to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:-
- Oversee all
operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurants
- Set standards of
operations
- Manage revenues
and costs
- Ensure top level
customer service
- Oversee Food
preparation and presentation
- Ensure staff
motivation
Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes
- Diploma or
equivalent in hospitality industry;
- Degree in hotel
management will be an added advantage;
- Should have had
at least 6 years progressive experience in restaurant Management with
specific experience in Food & Beverage and Banqueting, restaurant
systems and staff management;
- Must be computer
literate and aware of business value drivers;
- Self driven,
enthusiastic people person open to challenge of unlocking potential in the
business;
- High level of
integrity and passion for customer service and staff motivation.
