Receptionist
Our client wishes to recruit a Receptionist & Accountant. The successful candidate will be based in Nairobi .
Responsibilities though not limited
- Direct persons
to correct destination
- Deal with
queries from the public and customers
- Ensures
knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- General
administrative and clerical support
- Prepare letters
and documents
- Receive and sort
mail and deliveries
- Schedule
appointments
- Maintain
appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organize
meetings
Qualifications & competencies
- High school
diploma required
- Knowledge of
administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent verbal
and written communication skills
- Professional
personal presentation
Accountant
- Responsibilities
though not limited
- Interact with
internal and external auditors in completing audits
- Resolve
accounting discrepancies
- Prepare profit
and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
- Compile and
analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as
general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Establish,
maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting
control procedures
Qualifications & competencies
- CPA
- Accounting
packages QuickBooks, pastel.
- Attention to
detail.
- Ability to work
in a team
