Plant & Development Manager

Reporting
to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for
the following amongst

- Reviewing and
monitoring Hospital construction programs and activity schedules.
- Maintaining the
interface between the Hospital, contractors and other external parties.
- Planning project

progressive experience in coordinating construction projects. Experience
in facilities management will be an added advantage.

Pharmacists

Reporting
to the Chief Pharmacist, the successful candidates will be responsible for the

Senior Accountant

Reporting
to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for

- Preparing and
implementing the budget for income expenditure and capex.

- Ensuring

industry standards.

- Promoting the
Nairobi Hospital’s products and services through the Hospital’s
publications, events and electronic media to clients.
- Planning and
conducting customer satisfaction surveys and customer service audits and
preparing monthly analysis from patient satisfactory
questionnaires.
- Designing and
issuing brochures, newsletters, fact sheets, fliers, cards, patient

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in

Ultra Sonographers

Reporting
to the Chief Radiographer the successful candidates will be responsible for the
following amongst
others:

- Performing
ultrasound examinations for diagnostic purposes according to the clinical
requirements of the referring physicians.
- Providing
reports for all ultrasounds performed.
- Performing
routine and special radiological examinations including mobile radiography
and image intensifier when required.
- Assisting
cardiologist in the Catheterisation Laboratory as may be required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or
Degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
- Higher Diploma
in ultra sonography.
- 3 years relevant
experience, one of which must be in ultra sonography.
Ambulance Drivers
Ref: HRD/AD/11/12
Reporting
to the Support Services Officer the successful candidates will be responsible
for the following amongst others:
- Ensuring the
Hospital ambulance being driven is mechanically viable and safe.
- Examining the
ambulance and ensuring timely report of all maintenance issues.
- Maintaining the
vehicles cleanliness.
- Timely reporting
all incidents involving the vehicle.
- Ensuring that
all journeys taken are official and logged.
- Maintaining and
caring for the vehicle by checking its fuel, engine oil, water, tyre,
pressure, clutch, brakes, lights, side mirrors, life savers, fire
extinguisher, first aid kit, indicators, tool box and gauges.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- KCSE.
- Clean Drivers
license class BCEFG.
- 3 years
experience in ambulance driving.
- Fluently spoken
and written English and Kiswahili.
Laboratory Technologists

Reporting
to the Manager, Laboratory Services the successful candidates will be
responsible for the following amongst others:
- Performing all
pre-analytical procedures, phlebotomy and blood banking responsibilities
as designated.
- Obtaining
specimen from patients and recording in appropriate registers.
- Auditing pending
tests for collection in wards.
- Generating test
reports under relevant reporting protocol.
- Maintaining
equipment and ensuring calibration is done at required times.
- Performing
laboratory tests and general quality checks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or BSc
in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- HND is an added
advantage.
- Phlebotomy
