Responsibilities:
- Provide
leadership to Delivery Head, Project Managers in running the delivery and
operations and drive architecture, build, testing with an aim to meet and
exceed the customer's needs, as well as internal needs such as working
closely with the senior leadership team to achieve operational parameters.
- Work
closely and collaborate with Head Solution Sales, Practice heads, Sales
Managers and Business Development Managers to grow the business across
various industry verticals and ensure that the delivery functions runs
successfully as a self contained business unit.
- Build
the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service
offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery
of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of
all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the
accounts that fall under the function.
- Design
and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability,
security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight
- Responsible
for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all
project management activities across the horizontal
