Eronia Concierge Services, Inc is a unique service aimed exclusively at the venturer travelling to Kenya for Business purposes. 

We exist to provide a truly integrated management solution for our clients’ travel, business and leisure needs for the duration of their visit to Kenya.

The roles of the Concierge will be
  • Facilitating all clients’ requirements.
  • Negotiating the best deals from vendors for requested products and services.
  • Providing personal assistant services like note taking at meetings, translation services, diary management, dinner escort to business functions, personal shopping and many more.
  • Providing concierge services like booking travel arrangements i.e. vehicles, air tickets to Mombasa, Nakuru e.t.c. making restaurant & hotel reservations, booking meeting rooms, acquiring tickets to exclusive events and conducting industry and market research relevant to each client’s business field.
  • Forming lasting business relationships with clients’ to guarantee repeat business.
  • Anticipating the clients’ requests and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Discerning clients’ preferences to enable the company to offer additional complimentary services to the clients suited to the clients’ personalities
  • Liaising with Account managers in the UK to identify clients’ requirements and to report any changes to the service requested.

Person Specification
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication & organisational Skills. Experience in customer service will be a bonus but is not a necessity.
  • Friendly and outgoing and able to create instant rapport with clients.
  • Must demonstrate adaptability and quick responses to unpredictable situations.
  • Must be creative, ambitious and a self starter.
  • Must be knowledgeable and preferably a graduate in the fields of Business, IT, Telecommunications, Retail, Mining and Natural Resources and Infrastructure. Applicants who are not graduates but can demonstrate a healthy interest in any of the above fields will be considered.
  • Must be well versed in both oral & written forms of at least one of the following foreign languages; Chinese, French, German, Afrikaans, Italian & Japanese as well as English and Swahili.
  • Well Versed in Current Affairs especially African, European, American & Chinese.
  • Must be flexible with no other commitments that may interfere with the proposed work schedule.
  • Must be a team player and have a PNR (Proactive Not Reactive) Attitude.
  • Close proximity to Nairobi is necessary to reduce response times & increase efficiency of the service.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Advanced Levels with quick data entry skills.
  • Due to nature of the job, applicant must own a laptop for research & communication purposes.
