Administration & Human Resources Officer
Reporting
to the Publisher and CEO, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing
all administrative and human resources matters.
You will possess:

Production Editor
Reporting
to the Editor, you will be responsible for content generation and managing the
production processes of the magazine and its supplements.
You
will need:
- A university
degree in journalism or a related field
- Five years’
minimum magazine, publishing or related experience
- Excellent
editing and writing skills
- A sound
knowledge of magazine production
- A sound
knowledge of the lifestyle magazine industry in Kenya
- Excellent
communication skills and a strong command of the English language (written
and verbal)
- The ability to
work under deadline pressure
- The ability to
lead a team effectively towards production deadlines
Sales Executives
4 Positions
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will have the responsibility of driving advertising sales across our various titles, while maintaining and growing client relations.
The Sales Executive will be:

Graphic Designer
Reporting
to the Editor, you will be responsible for the design and layout of the

and social media.
The Graphic Designer will possess:
- A creative mind,
and an ability to come up with concepts for magazines, advertisements and
websites.
- Ability to work
under pressure and meet deadlines.
- At least 3 years
working experience, preferably in a magazine environment.
- Team player with
a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated
working knowledge of Indesign
- A university
qualification in Art or an advanced diploma in Graphic design from a
reputable college
Accounts Assistant
Reporting
to the Accountant, you will assist in the maintenance of proper books of
account, manage the Payables Ledger and the Petty Cash system
You will possess:
- At least 2 years
working experience in a similar position.
- Good oral and
written communication skills.
- Demonstrated
working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work
under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to
perform accurately and methodically following published procedures.
- A university
degree in accounting or at least CPA II.
- Demonstrated
working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel as well
as Accounting Packages Pastel and QuickBooks
Driver
Reporting to the Administration & HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the teams by commuting them to and from operational locations both within and outside Nairobi.
You will possess:
- A clean driving license
valid for Classes C, E & G with at least seven years driving
experience
- A very good
knowledge of their way within Nairobi and its environs
- Basic knowledge
of car maintenance and repair
- Good
communications skills, both written and oral
- A minimum of KCSE
certificate
