Job Title: Process Chemist
Main Purpose of the Role
Developing of materials
processing, bladders and tire/tube curing specifications and improving on
existing process specification to ensure product quality
Among others, key accountabilities will include:-- Developing
tube processing and tire/tube curing specifications to ensure conformity
of products to the set standards
- Reviewing
data generated from laboratory testing & advice on materials usage
- Sourcing and
improving performance of tire curing bladders
- Establishing
preventive and corrective measures to ensure product quality
- Lead in
solving products quality problems
- Training
production staff on processing specifications
- Implement
product’s manufacturing processes improvements
- Providing
technical data relating to the product and process during new production
equipments acquisition and commissioning
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of
Science degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry
- Product,
process & packaging knowledge expertise
- Clear
understanding of Project management
- Excellent
Application & exploitation of IT
- Demonstrated
ability of leveraging the best customer care practice in the market
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven
ability to work in a team
