1. Construction Supervisors (several positions)
- The
Construction Supervisor is responsible for the construction activities for
several allocated sites.
- This begins
with appraisal of proposed new sites and includes ensuring that prior
arrangements are made for effective project start up, smooth work progress
and payments, effective decision making and finalised project close-out.
- 10 years
experience required.
2. Site Foreman (several positions)
- The Site
Foreman will provide daily supervision and guidance for construction
activities in construction sites located in various parts of the
country.
- The
individual must be comfortable working in low-income communities be able
to handle the unique challenges of the construction process in these
environments, and deliver in tight deadlines.
- 10 years
experience required
