Audit Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

Audit Manager
 
Reporting to the partner, the manager will be responsible for:
  • Managing, planning and leading the assigned portfolio of audit clients
  • Managing the execution of the job planning schedule
  • Organizing, allocating and distributing workload to provide an efficient and effective audit service.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the company audit program.
  • Reviewing audits completed by the audit team.
  • Ensuring that all audits conform to RSM’s Quality Control Standards.
  • Co-ordinating and managing audit teams.
  • Meeting the client service objectives set out for each engagement.
  • Managing collection of outstanding audit fees.
Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree
  • CPA(K), CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position and at least four years combined audit experience
  • Well rounded knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing
  • Audit experience in the financial services sector will be of added advantage.
This position carries prospects of partnership and alongside the general duties of an audit manager, the successful candidate will be expected to have the drive and determination to join partnership in future in the firm.
