Sales Supervisor
(
Salary; Retainer 20K plus 5k Incentive on achieving targets)
Our client, a marketing consultancy firm is looking for sales Supervisors with fast moving consumer goods experience to Supervise Sales projects for its clients.
- To
supervise and oversee the development of maximum distribution
of its clients products at the retail end and merchandising in all outlets
in the specified areas.
- Ensure accurate
data capture and achieve excellent market intelligence for the assigned area
- Create strong
customer relationship
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales
& Marketing
- Two years
selling experience preferably in the FMCG. Supervisory experience is
required.
- Effective
communication, customer orientation, Business intelligence & sense of
urgency.
- Problem solving,
negotiating and influencing skills
- Attention to
detail.
