Sales & Marketing Executive
The job
reports to the Country Sales Manager.
Main Purpose of the Job
To
ensure sales targets are consistently realized in value and volume while ensuring
brand visibility and growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Identifying,
generating & qualifying new leads for generating client database
- Implementing the
agreed marketing and promotional activities
- Recruiting and
developing customers into growth
- Ensuring sales
performance of various products in line with targets and sales plan
- Analyzing sales
and proactively taking corrective action into achieving targets
- Providing sales
focus and feedback to the Sales Managers to plan for current and future
capacities and as inputs into the supply chain planning
- Analyzing own
sales and competitors’ as well as trends in the industry
- Developing
clientele database and ensuring active relationship
- Providing the
organization with knowledge and insights for job and product continous
improvement

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce
Degree with a Marketing Specialization
- Or Diploma in
Marketing with 2years subsequent experience
