Operations Head
(Salary;
Retainer 20K plus 5k Incentive on achieving targets)
Our client, a marketing consultancy firm is looking for an Operation Head with fast moving consumer goods experience to oversee the operations of the company in the execution of projects for its clients.
- Ensuring proper
and smooth day to day running of all Operations
- Handling of
employees disciplinary matters and grievances
- Coordination and
supervision of all administrative issues touching on management of
logistics, vehicles,
- including data
and maintenance of records to ensure they are updated and in a form for
purposes of effective management information systems.
- Supervising the
other workers
- Liaising with
clients and directors
- Sales and
marketing activities.
- Salary.
K'sh 20,000 Plus 5000 incentive
Qualifications:
- Degree or
Diploma in Business Management, sales and marketing, Administration or an
related field
- Previous
experience in related industry desired.
- Minimum of 2
years in a Supervisory position
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and
ability to persevere pressure and multi-tasking
- Team Player and
mature.
