We invite applications for the following position at the Academy:
IT Support Technician
Skill Requirements:
- Extensive
knowledge of laptop, desktop and server hardware repair and maintenance
- Good knowledge
Windows operating system covering client server environment
- Proficiency in
LAN and wireless networks
- Understanding of
MS exchange server and outlook
- Good ability to
perform accurate hardware/software troubleshooting
- Understanding of
audio visual equipment’ setup
- Basic knowledge
of web applications and Telephone systems
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a
degree/diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum of two
years experience as an IT Support Technician
- Excellent
written/oral communication skills
