This is a senior management position taking full responsibility for managing client relationships, business development, leading a team of research professionals and contributing to the successful management of the business.
Degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Economics of Social Sciences or Psychology essential - post graduate a plus.
A
minimum of 5yrs in market research, marketing or advertising industries;
engaging with & presenting to clients; demonstrable project management
skills; a track record of developing/winning new/incremental business; at least
2 years experience of leading and developing a team; a passion for brands and
advertising; a curiosity to understand consumer thinking and opinion and a
desire to advise clients how to improve their brands performance in the market
place are pre-requisites for this position.
You should be an exceptional team leader experienced in directing a team focused on delivery (mentoring and coaching with the ability to draw out their best results), able to make key decisions, a client oriented individual with superior interpersonal and communication skills, executive maturity, the ability to perform and lead under pressure, self management, integrity and possess a passion for brands and advertising.
