- Deal directly
with agents
- Obtain and
evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Direct requests
and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Follow up on
customer interactions
The successful candidate should have the following
qualifications:
- Able to work
under pressure and meet sales targets
- Computer
literate
- Excellent
selling skills
- Motivated and
enthusiastic
- Interpersonal
skills and communication skills - verbal and written
- A strong
Christian background is an added advantage
- Ladies and young
women preferred
- University
graduates need not apply
