Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting an Operations
Manager with experience working in a Medium Size Enterprise for
one of its clients.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelors
Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical) or Degree in Business
Administration;
- Masters
Degree in Business Administration (preferred);
- Five
(5) years senior management experience in a manufacturing or engineering
concern with a turnover of between 100 million and 1 billion;
- Training
in ERP systems, accounts, purchasing and logistics (preferred);
- Proven
leadership and management skills;
- Ability
to be forward looking and a strategic thinker;
- Proven
skills in business and financial management;
- Excellent
interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated
ability to manage and supervise staff team;
- Effective
problem-solving and mediation skills;
- Demonstrated
ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting.
