MBA or degree equivalent in Business / Marketing / Management
To take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements,
define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation
of the overall product roadmap.
The incumbent will be responsible for account management and
sales with the existing and new accounts (Telecom Operators)
Revenue generation from the customers at operator level, achieve
targeted business growth numbers
Techno-commercial interactions with operators
Tracking competition with regard to each account
Liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively (Sales,
pre-sales team and other account teams)
Up-selling of services and replicating services which have been
doing well in other operators/circles
Ensuring efficient delivery of services including management of
operator resources
Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely
collection of payments, managing escalations
Work closely with the Engineering team, User design, operations
and other functional domain teams

- Prior experience
managing multiple accounts in the area of telecom
- Handling large
client accounts and client relationship.
- Should have
solutions selling experience, prior experience of solutions selling to
mobile operators is an added advantage.
- Candidate from
VAS, ISP and Telecom Industries would be preferred.
- Good
communications and interpersonal skills
