for the following:
Sales &
Marketing Executives (Interns)
·
To ensure timely delivery of our products to the market and
timely stock reconciliations.
·
Ensure proper handling of crates to minimize breakages and
accurate crates stock reconciliations.
·
Creating new client account relationships.
·
Supporting the Sales team on sales activities
·
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
·
Creating relations with potential customers for new business.
·
Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
·
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed
targets.
·
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and
requirements.
·
Giving feedback to management on relevant field information –
demand, competition and prices.
The applicant should posses the
following academic qualifications and competencies:
·
K.C.S.E. certificate minimum aggregate C (plain).
·
Diploma in sales and marketing or its equivalent.
·
At least one year experience in similar capacity in a busy
organization. Experience in sales of dairy products is a plus
·
Below 25 years old.
·
Good Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
