Technical sales & Marketing Executive

We would like to appoint Technical sales & Marketing Executive in the leading towns and counties

Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Meru, Nyeri, Nakuru, Eldoret, Embu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets as allocated.
  • Compile market intelligence, competitor activities and recommending appropriate strategy to increase company market share.
  • Ensure growth in business volumes and customer numbers
  • Quality management of customer expectations.
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Key Requirements/Competencies:
  • Strong and proven capabilities in business development.
  • Innovative and creative.
  • High level of integrity, Decisive and confident
  • Customer focused and good PR.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiator and articulate communicator.
  • Ensuring Accounts are paid or settled on time and in full.
  • Giving feedback to the management and advising accordingly.
  • Soliciting for orders from various customers so as to ensure business development.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
  • Preparation of sales reports and presenting them to the marketing manager.
  • Customer care and analyzing the customers demand.
  • Developing, coordinating and managing of new and existing clients account
  • Promote positive relations with partners and distributors
  • Analyzing the market environment i.e. analyzing other competitor’s prices, the amount of demand and supply in the market.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and experience
  • At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any other Business or Technical related field.
  • Proactive, independent, aggressive and passionate about the business
  • Should have experience in sales from ICT, Audio Visual, Communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills, Creative, and strong communication skills.
  • A person of integrity
  • Audio Visual, communication or ICT background will be an added advantage
