Purpose
As an IT Trainer you will work to organize individual customized training schedules and deliver training courses and learning.

As an IT Trainer you will work to organize individual customized training schedules and deliver training courses and learning.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out an
assessment to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable
learner skill levels.
- Induct learner
into qualification in line with qualifications induction checklist.
- Identify
learners' needs in conjunction with initial assessment, diagnostic and
making use of results and provide appropriate support.
- Assist in the
design and preparation of materials, resources and information to be used
in respect of programmed delivery.
- Carry out the
delivery of individual training sessions using differentiated teaching and
learning strategies in accordance with the schemes of work and lesson
plans.
- Carry out the
assessment of candidate performance requirements, are met at all times.
- Carry out
monitoring, guidance, support and mentoring of the learner and take action
as required.
- Carry out client
centered progress reviews in conjunction with the training schedule
engaging the learner as per an agreed set cycle.
