Key Responsibilities
·
Plan, develop and execute the annual sales and marketing
strategies for the company
·
Oversee and assess the activities of external advertising and
marketing research agencies engaged to implement action plans agreed and carry
out evaluations to determine their effectiveness to the relevant brands
·
Develop programs for new product launch campaigns and draw plans
for clear follow ups
·
Oversee the overall management of the department staff and
develop clear reporting structures and set KPI’s for sales and marketing staff
Skills, knowledge and experience requirement;
·
University degree in Marketing and MBA
·
Member of a professional body (MSK)
·
7 to 8 years in the relevant industry out of which 3 years are
in a similar/senior capacity
·
Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
·
Good organization and interaction skills
2. Brand Managers
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
·
Developing strong brands, targeting identified market and
consumer needs in order to increase Capwell’s market share
·
Developing, managing and implementing product ideas and
promotional activities which contribute towards achieving brand objectives and
enhancing the brand equity
·
Developing and implementing standard brand communication
approach
·
Developing and implementing merchandising activities for the
various Capwell products and building strong internal and external
relationships
Skills, knowledge and experience requirement
·
University degree in Marketing or its equivalent
·
5 years minimum experience in FMCG
·
Technical knowledge of media and advertising
·
Good communication, organizational & planning skills
·
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
3. Head of Merchandising / Customer Relations Executive
·
Supervision of merchandising work at supermarkets
·
Establish customer relations at branch level of various
supermarkets
4. Sales Representatives
Key Responsibilities

·
Deliver sales targets in enquiry generations, order in-take,
sales and collections for products and van sales
·
Identifying and filling of market gaps in the field
·
Co-ordinate promotional activities within the outlets
·
Provide regular sales and marketing intelligence reports through
customer and market visits
Skills, knowledge and experience requirement
·
University degree/higher national diploma in Marketing or an
equivalent
·
Over 3 years working experience in FMCG
·
Excellent communication and analytical skills and able to meet
stringent targets within defined deadlines
