for actuarial aspects relating to the computation of insurance premium
rates and the valuation of liabilities.
- Responsible
for reviewing and advising on the adequacy of statutory reserves for
incurred but not reported claims

for the designing and pricing of insurance products, valuation reports in
conjunction with the product development team and the consulting actuaries
- Responsible
for reviewing and repackaging of existing insurance products in order to
assess the adequacy of premium rates and recommend remedial measures to
make them profitable
- Carrying
out project appraisals, identifying risks associated with the projects and
recommending ways of managing the identified risks
- Responsible
for the review in the adequacy of the reinsurance arrangements in place on
an annual basis
