Job Profile
·
Establish and monitor implementation and maintenance of
accounting control procedures.
·
Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in compliance
with accepted policies and procedures.
·
Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory deadlines.
Person Profile
·
Accounting degree or equivalent and professional accountancy
certificate (CPA).
·
Extensive experience in business accounting, financial
management and provision of financial advice for at least 4 years.
·
Knowledge and experience in computerised accounting.
·
Ability to discharge multi-task assignments with minimal
supervision, result driven and a team player.
·
Must be 35 years of age or below.

A degree in horticulture or related course from a recognized
university.
·
Minimum 3 years work experience in a production/crop protection
position in a flower farm or technical sales position in horticultural sector.
·
Valid driving licence.
·
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills,
high self-motivation and drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.
·
Must be 33 years of age or below.
