Admin Assistant Job. Salary 20K Net.

A young but growing consulting firm is looking to hire an administration Assistant

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities;
answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
provide information to callers
greet persons entering organization
direct persons to correct destination
deal with queries from the public and customers
general administrative and clerical support
prepare letters and documents
schedule appointments
maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
organize meetings
tidy and maintain the reception area 

Education and Experience
     High School Mean Grade C+ (Required)
     College Diploma / Secretarial / Admin (Desired). Degree is an added advantage
     knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
     knowledge of customer service principles and practices
     keyboard skills
     Lady, not more than 27 years.
 
    A net salary of 20k will be offered.
