operating in Kenya and the greater Horn of Africa Region.
We are urgently seeking trainers with the following minimum qualifications:
1. Lead Trainers: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Physics/Natural Sciences and 5 years experience of training youth in a related field.
2. Other Trainers: Diploma in Engineering/Physics/Natural Sciences and 3 years experience of training youth in a related field.
3. Aged 25 years and aboveWe are urgently seeking trainers with the following minimum qualifications:
1. Lead Trainers: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Physics/Natural Sciences and 5 years experience of training youth in a related field.
2. Other Trainers: Diploma in Engineering/Physics/Natural Sciences and 3 years experience of training youth in a related field.
Trainers should be competent in:
1. Training and skills development
2. Development of training manuals
3. Presentation and communication
4. Report writing
