Responsibilities:
Manage
Sales and Marketing activities in Eldoret/Kitale Region
Drive achievement of monthly set targets
Drive aggressive distribution and promotion of Kickstart products
Work closely with the Sales Manager, through distribution channels and management of the same by commercially minded, innovative and professionalism to meet set targets at all times.
Establish good public relations both internally and externally and particularly
with collaborative programmes and partners.Drive achievement of monthly set targets

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following
qualities
Holder
of a relevant Business degree.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
Result-oriented individuals with a proven sales track record
Have good customer care and communication skills
A valid driving license with over 5 years driving, accident free and no endorsement
Have 3-4 years experience in selling capital items especially farm inputs
Must be computer literate
