require a Senior Financial Accountant to head our finance Department.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have broad responsibilities across financial and management reporting.

You can look forward to generous financial incentives, gaining exposure in the construction industry and

Your responsibilities will include:
* Analysis of reports to advise on cash flow, budgets and forecasts
* Provision of high-level financial, taxation and business development advice
* Making recommendations on process improvements and presenting those recommendations to the directors
* Delivering the annual budget and quarterly budget forecast
* Providing commentary on the financial figures of the business
* Management and development of a team of accountants
The ideal candidate:
The
ideal candidate will be a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and CPA-K qualified,
with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role in financial
accounting.
You will have strong technical accounting skills and be able to manage financial reporting requirements in a complex corporate structure.
You will also have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to present financial information to a wide audience.
