Terre des Hommes Netherlands is looking for a Project Officer as at October 15, 2011 to be based in Nairobi. Terre des Hommes Netherlands supports services for children in need through partner organisations.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Monitor
and evaluate on-going programmes including finances and objectives
- Advice
partner organisations on efficient and effective programme implementation
- Assess
new proposals/organisations in line with Terre des Hommes Netherlands
policies
- Advice
Country Coordinator on national developments and trends in child rights,
health, education, socio economic development
Qualifications
- University
level in sociology, development policies, child rights, health or
education
- Five
years experience in a similar position, of which three years in an
international organisation
- Experience
in Child Rights based programming and financial management
- Skilled
in report writing, computer packages and fluency in English
- Communication
skills, team spirit and leadership qualities
