Human Resource Manager will report to the Group Human Resource Director. He/she
will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of HR policies and
programs.

Business Partner for key divisions within the Group
Sourcing and placement of high caliber talent in line with business needs
Performance management and employee productivity monitoring;
Change management while ensuring staff in respective divisions are aligned to NMG culture
Employee relations, compensation and benefits administration of assigned divisions;
Supporting team development initiatives within the Group
Staff development and talent management programmes to drive talent retention

Skills, knowledge and experience requirement:
A
University degree in HR, Humanities or relevant field and a Post Graduate
Diploma in HRM or an equivalent; an MBA will be an added advantage
Over 5 years experience as HR Manager, interacting at senior level
Experience in talent management, executing strategies, commercial acumen and excellent people management skills
An understanding of the global trends in managing employee contribution and HR practices; and
Excellent interpersonal skills, drive for results and a “can do attitude’
