Delegate and control department budgets.
Identify supplies with the most competent prices.
Set standards of operations
Steer the restaurant towards increased productivity

Degree
in hotel management.
Should have had at least 5 years experience at high level management.
Must be computer literate with a vast knowledge of computer.
