3. Excellent interpersonal communications skills with end-users, functional managers, and other computer technical professionals.
4. Active Directory training and experience.
5. Server Configuration and Administration.

11. Firewall Configuration and Administration.
12. Remote Installation Services Configuration and Administration.
13. Terminal Server Configuration and Administration.
14. Performance Monitoring and Tuning.
15. Router Programming.
16. Disaster Recovery, including recovery from malicious programs.
