We are looking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and
flexible individual for a
Personal Assistant position. The candidate
will report to the Finance and
Administration manager
Specific duties and Responsibilities
- Management of
specific reports in the finance office
- Coordinate the day–to-day
functions of the office
- Handle the
departments confidential matters and ensure that the same are restricted
accordingly
- Ensure that
information related to office activities is well stored in the archives
and easily retrieved when required
- Attend to
correspondences on behalf of the manager
- Plan and organize
meetings and take minutes where necessary
- In charge of the
managers diary
Job Specification
- Diploma Business Studies/Management
- Excellent command
of the English language (French will be an added advantage)
- KCSE minimum C+
- 1 year experience
in a similar position
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Ms-Excel
- Interpersonal
