- Attending
to customer needs and queries on daily basis

supervision of Branch Operations
- Ensure
proper internal controls

of Deposits

Qualifications and attributes
- A
degree from a recognized University
- Over
Ten (10) years working experience in the Operations of the Bank
- Knowledge
of Credit/Foreign Exchange is essential
- Excellent
communication, analytical and marketing skills
- Must
be computer literate
- Person
with initiative, drive & result oriented
Manager - Risk & Compliance
Reporting to the Board Risk & Compliance Committee, the position’s key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Board Risk & Compliance Committee, the position’s key responsibilities include:
- Identify
and evaluate the various risks facing the Bank
- Control
and monitor all measures taken to mitigate the various risks
- Identify
and keep an inventory of all essential laws and regulations pertinent to
running of the Bank
- Liaise
with relevant external bodies and regulators on compliance matters
- Monitor
the bank’s compliance with Banking laws & regulations, policies and
procedures of the Bank
- Update
the Bank’s risk and compliance policies every year
Qualifications and attributes
- Degree
in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from a recognized
University
- Diploma
in Risk Management will be an added advantage
- Should
have experience of five (5) years working in Risk Management Department in
a Bank
- Must
be computer literate
- Excellent
communication and analytical skills
