Requirements
Experience in feasibility studies and financial appraisal of projects.
Experience in submission of building plans and fastracking of approvals.
Track record of being the lead in delivering high end residential and commercial property developments from concept to completion.Experience in submission of building plans and fastracking of approvals.
Experience with working both for contractors as well as clients or project management firm in senior positions.
Track record of managing and leading teams.
Degree in a relevant field
Experience in risk management and lending from a recognised financial institution shall be an added advantage.
Remuneration

Sales Consultant
The position involves making sales of construction related products to achieve targets. The candidate will have a high level of integrity and honesty and be of extremely outgoing character and vibrant personality.
Requirements
Experience in Marketing or sales.
Track record of delivering on targets and getting results
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Degree in any field
Drivers license
