Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Supply Officer and the overall supervision of the Supply Officer, the incumbent will perform the following functions:-
Initiate VAT exemption documents and follow up with the focal person in the Branch Office;
Liaise with the implementing partners and coordinate maintenance of UNHCR assets;

Assist in preparing the monthly maintenance reports for UNHCR vehicles/assets.
Assist in coordinating fuel management with the implementing partners and report on asset fuel consumptions on the monthly basis;
Assist in coordinating on road transport management and receipt of UNHCR goods ;
Carry out physical count of assets and inventory and Keep the Asset Track database updated with new arrived assets;
Manage UNHCR spare parts and office supplies stores
Assist in disposing of assets that have been written off, sold, transferred;
Performs other duties as required.
2. Qualifications:
Academic: Completion of secondary school education at the “O” level. Professional qualification in Purchasing / Supply Management desirable.
Experience: At least five years job experience in the same capacity. Knowledge and experience in logistics and workshop management is essential.
Skills: A Computer skill in Excel / word is a must. Proven knowledge in creation and maintenance of Access data bases will be added advantage.
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English
