Main Responsibilities and Duties
* Leading the Finance Department – managing accountants and cashiers
* Reconciliation of daily money transfers and finance reports
* Budget planning and cash-flow management
* Management of active debts – credit control
* Management of trade accounts payable – budget control
* Payroll and personnel records management – time / attendance control
* Reconciliation of daily money transfers and finance reports

* Tax, Licence, Import and Inventory administration
* Reconciliation of year-end accounts – with auditors
* Ongoing Liaison with Operations-, IT- and Commercial Management
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate shall have:
* ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualified
* Advanced expertise with Tally, or Sage Accounting Software (incl. Data-Import)
* Bilingual: English / French
* 4 to 5 years’ management experience in a fast paced business environment

Desirable but not essential skills
* Working experience in emerging market environments
* Excellent communication and proven planning skills

* Proven experience in team training / briefing and supervision
* Good knowledge of the leisure / entertainment – gaming industry.
