Job Purpose:
Assist the Accountant in daily routine jobs.
Assist the Accountant in daily routine jobs.
Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:-
Write cheques upon delegation by the PA
Filing bank statements, banking slips and payment vouchers.
Ensure that receipts are well filled upon payments and address any issue raised during an internal audit.

Ensure petty cash and working advances are well accounted for before they are presented to the project accountant
Ensure the office is neatly maintained with all current files properly arranged
Liase with suppliers to source for quotes and ensure smooth making of payments
Ensure MFRs are properly photocopied and filed in respective files.
Stamping PAID to all payments done.
Process payments and supporting documentation to suppliers
Assist in Carrying out internal audits
Assist in Procurement and business support
Assist in following up of Payment of all statutory deductions
Receive financial reports from the field and pick out and sort any audit issues before the presenting them to the financial accountant.
Academic Qualifications:-
Be a part qualified Accountant with (CPA – Part 2) or (ACCA – Level 2) is mandatory.
Excellent computer knowledge in Quick books, Excel and Word a must.

Experience and Personality Desired:-
At least one year relevant working experience.
Good written and spoken English.
Keen on details with high level of initiative.
A hard working individual willing put in extra hours of work when need arises.
